Aeonian Brewing Co. – Alliance, Ohio
Completed in 2021, the COVID pandemic did not stop us from bringing this old feed and supply mill back to life. N.L. Construction Corp. was contracted as the design/build contractor to renovate 3,500 SF of the existing structure, with the intent to keep a modern natural look. The most noticable change is the 3,250 SF addition where the brew house is located.
Consumers National Bank – Minerva
Completed in 2016, N. L. Construction Corp. is proud to have been selected to construct this local financial institution’s headquarters. This 31,000 SF building was built on the same site as the original headquarters, modernizing the office and the branch. Highlights included state of the art teller pods to enhance the customer experience.
FFA Camp Muskingham
N.L. Construction Corp. was contracted to build the new Discovery Center at the FFA Camp in 2016. This 9,518 SF 2 story building includes the Camp Welcome Center, a serving kitchen, restrooms, live animal display areas with elevated tiered seating. A few notable of many features of this building are the large timber framed recreation auditorium & stage. Outside the cedar siding and concrete amphitheater made this building a sight to behold while boating on Leesville lake.
